Scope of care
Medical care (diagnosis, test orders, prescriptions) is available only when you are physically located in Washington State at the time of your visit. If you are located anywhere else, Dr. Ross offers an educational consultation only; it does not make you a patient of the clinic.
Booking through the site
Booking an appointment does not make you a patient of the clinic until the clinic accepts you. Scheduling runs on Acuity Scheduling; do not include medical details in booking notes or emails. Video visits run on VSee. Patient forms and documents go through our Updox patient portal.
Third-party links
This site links to TreatLyme (Dr. Ross’s education site) and to sites where Dr. Ross has a financial interest, including the Femologist store. Those relationships are described in our Conflict of Interest Disclosure. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites.
Intellectual property
The site content belongs to the clinic. You may read and share links; you may not copy or reuse the content commercially without written permission.
