What to Expect: Dr. Ross can answer detailed questions and make recommendations on tests, supplements, lifestyle, nutrition, and probable diagnoses. He cannot prescribe medication or order tests in Remote Consultations for non-Washington State residents.

Lab Test Review
Lab test reviews are a short form remote consult specifically to review lab results.
Are you feeling lost on the meaning of your test results from either IGenex, Armin Labs, Infectolab, or TLab? Dr. Marty Ross, MD, will personally review your lab report and walk through his interpretation of the findings in a 10 minute call.
Please note that this service has limited availability and does not include test ordering, treatment planning, diagnosing, or prescriptions.

Health Care Provider Consult
With 20+ years of experience managing complex tick-borne infections and mold toxicity, Dr. Marty Ross, MD, has accumulated a wealth of knowledge. In this 15 minute visit, you can get Dr. Ross’s insights and advice on anything, from a specific patient case to other issues related to tick-borne infections or mold toxicity.
You can book two 15 minute visits back-to-back if you need additional time.

Insurance & Payment
Direct Pay: Payment is due at the time of appointment.
Insurance: We do not participate with any direct insurance plans. For In-Clinic Care visits, we provide a HCFA 1500 form for you to submit to your insurer for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Note: Remote consultations are not typically covered by insurance.
Established Patients
If you were seen by Dr. Ross before May 2023, please contact us directly for our courtesy rates.
Important Booking Information:
All patients that are either new or haven’t had an appointment with Dr. Ross in over 1 year must submit Required Patient Forms at least two business days before the visit. Appointments will be canceled if forms are not received on time via email or fax.
