Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 2, 2026

This policy explains what personal information Marty Ross MD Clinic, operated by Good Morning M!, PLLC (“the clinic”, “we”), collects through martyrossmd.com, how we use it, and your choices.

Other notices may apply to you. Our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy covers health-related information from the website and booking. Our Health Information Notice covers your medical records once you become a patient, as does our Notice of Privacy Practices.

What we collect

  • Booking details you enter in our scheduling tool: name, contact details, appointment type and booking notes.

  • Messages you send us by email.

  • Website data: whether you arrived from one of our Google ads, and the pages you view, collected only if you accept advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy.

  • Ad booking data: if you reached us from one of our ads and tick the consent box when you book, we send Google Ads the ad’s click ID and the fact that a booking was made, so Google can tell us the ad worked. No name, contact details or health details are sent.

How we use it

To schedule and run appointments, answer your questions, keep the site secure, and, with your consent, measure which of our ads lead to bookings. We do not sell personal information, and we never use it to show you ads based on your health or the pages you read.

Who receives it

Service providers that run the site and clinic for us, under contracts that limit their use of your information: Squarespace (website), Acuity Scheduling (booking), VSee (video and phone visits), Updox (patient portal and forms), Amazing Charts (medical records), CookieYes (cookie consent), Google Cloud (passes consented booking confirmations to Google Ads) and, only with your consent, Google Ads. We share information with others only when the law requires it or you ask us to. We never share it with TreatLyme or Femologist.

Your choices

  • Change your cookie choices at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. We honor Global Privacy Control signals. We do not respond to the older “Do Not Track” setting, which has no agreed standard.

  • Ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing reception@martyrossmd.com.

  • Health data rights are set out in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. We give them to everyone, wherever you live, including residents of Nevada and Connecticut under those states’ health data laws, and we will not treat you differently for using them.

  • Apart from Google Ads when you accept advertising cookies, no third party collects information about your activity across other websites through our site.

Clients in the EU, EEA and UK

If you book a consultation from the EU, EEA or UK, data protection law there may apply. We are the controller of your information. We use it to provide the service you booked, and we use any health details you share only with your explicit consent. You can access, correct, delete, restrict or move your information, object to how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. Your information is processed in the United States.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is perfectly secure. We keep information only as long as we need it to run the clinic or as the law requires.

Children

The website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information online.

Changes and contact

We will post changes here with a new effective date. Questions: reception@martyrossmd.com. Please do not send medical details to this address.
