Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Effective date: November 2, 2026
This policy is published under Washington’s My Health My Data Act. It covers consumer health data that Marty Ross MD Clinic, operated by Good Morning M!, PLLC, collects through martyrossmd.com, online booking, email and educational consultations. Patients’ medical records are covered by our Notice of Privacy Practices and Health Information Notice instead.
Consumer health data we collect
The appointment type you book, and anything you write in booking notes.
Health questions you send us by email.
If you accept advertising cookies: the pages you view on our website, which can relate to health topics, and whether you arrived from one of our ads.
If you tick the consent box when booking after clicking one of our ads: the fact that a booking was made from the ad. No name, contact details or health details are sent.
If you agree to it for an educational consultation: the audio of the consultation, which an AI documentation assistant uses to draft Dr. Ross’s notes. The audio is deleted as soon as the draft is created.
Why we collect it
To schedule and run your appointment, to answer your questions, and, only with your consent, to measure which of our ads lead to bookings.
Sources
Directly from you, and from your browser when you use the website.
What we share, and with whom
Booking details and messages, with service providers that process them only on our instructions: our scheduling, website, video visit and email providers, our AI documentation assistant (only with your consent; it deletes the audio after drafting the note and does not use it to train its models), and Google Cloud, which passes consented booking confirmations to Google Ads.
With your consent, with Google Ads (Google LLC): the pages you view and, if you tick the booking consent box, the ad’s click ID and the fact that a booking was made from it, with no name, contact details or health details. We never use this to show you ads based on your health.
We do not share consumer health data with any affiliate, including TreatLyme and Femologist.
We do not sell consumer health data.
Your rights
Confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data, and get a copy of it, including a list of every third party and affiliate we have shared it with and how to contact them.
Withdraw your consent.
Have your consumer health data deleted. If deleting booking details means we cannot keep your appointment, we will tell you first.
